For many mothers, this past year has been challenging with managing children, work, school, and home life during Covid-19. For me, it was a hard year supporting my kids, and even more so after losing my mom to breast cancer almost two months ago.
In light of a stressful year, I have collected my favorite gifts for mothers in your life (and for yourself) that encourage relaxation, creativity and mindfulness.
* For those of us who have lost our mothers, this can be a hard holiday. Find comfort in self-care, such as writing down your thoughts, doing an activity that reminds you of your mother, spending time with loved ones, or treating yourself to a nice meal. *
